Indonesian citizen, born in 1987, and currently resides in Jakarta. AHT earned a Master of Commerce (Finance) from The University of New South Wales, Australian School of Business, Australia in 2010 and Bachelor of Arts in Communication (Media Arts and Production) from The University of Technology Sydney, Australia in 2008.
Prior to her appointment as the Company’s President Commissioners AHT served as the Vice Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy / Vice Chairman of Tourism and Creative Economy Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (2019-2024), Managing Director of PT Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia (RCTI) (2018-2019), Director of PT Media Nusantara Citra (2016-2019), Managing Director of PT Global Informasi Bermutu (GTV) (2014-2019), Director of PT Megah Group (2013-2019), Director of PT MNI Entertainment (2008-2017), Co-Head Vice President of MNC Channel (2013-2014), Corporate Finance & Business Development Associate of PT Media Nusantara Citra (2010-2013).
Currently, AHT also serves as the CO-CEO of MNC Group (2024-Present) and CEO of iNews Media Group (2024-Present).
AHT does not have any affiliate relationship with other members of the Board of Commissioners. She has an affiliate relationship with a member of the Board of Directors, as well as the Major and Controlling Shareholders.
AHT replaces Wito Mailoa, who resigned effective January 2, 2025.

She was appointed as the Commissioner of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk based on the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 21, 2024, as per Deed No.33 dated June 21, 2024, made before Aryanti Artisari, S.H., M.Kn, Notary in Jakarta.
Currently, she also serves as the Director of PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk (2021-Present), Director of PT MNC Energy Investments Tbk (2022-Present), Commissioner of PT MNC Aladin Indonesia (2022-Present), Commissioner of PT Holiawisata Indah (2022-Present), Commissioner of PT Bhakti Coal Resources (2022-Present) and Commissioner of PT MNC Infrastruktur Utama (2022-present).
Her career in MNC Group began as the Head of Commercial & Operational Legal of PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (2010-2011) and Head of Legal & Corporate Secretary of PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk (2011-2022). Prior to joining MNC Group, she served as Audit Committee Member of PT Perdana Gapura Prime Tbk (2008-2010), Partner at Wiriadinata & Saleh Law Firm (2007-2010), Senior Associate at Remy & Darus Law Firm (1999-2000), Senior Legal Officer at PT Bimantara Citra Tbk (1998-1999), and Senior Legal Officer at PT Astra International Tbk (1994-1998). Currently, she is also active in several professional organizations such as the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and the Association of the Indonesian Capital Market Legal Consultants (HKHPM).

His most recent appointment for the position became effective since Annual GMS dated August 27, 2021 as per Deed No.73 dated August 27, 2021 made before the Notary Aulia Taufani, S.H.
He completed Police Staff College of Higher Level Administration (SESPATI) in 2007, Army Staff and Command School (SESKOAD) in 1997, Bundeskriminalamt (BKA) Germany in 1995, Police Science College (PTIK) in 1991, and education at the Indonesian Police Academy in 1983.
In his career at the Indonesian National Police (POLRI) for more than 30 years, he has held a number of strategic positions, such as Head of The National Anti Narcotics Agency for West Nusa Tenggara (2016-2017), Head of The National Anti Narcotics Agency for Papua (2016), South Sumatra Regional Supervisory Inspector (2014-2016), Inspector of Human Resources Management II, Regional Inspectorate V, General Supervision Inspectorate (2012-2014), Head of The Facilities and Infrastructure Bureau of POLDA Bali (2010-2012), Head of The Logistics Bureau of Polda West Kalimantan (2008-2010), Head of Telematics POLDA Metrojaya (2006-2008), Head of Special Sub-Detachment II 88 Anti Terror (2004), Head of Operations of Renmin Bureau, Bareskrim Polri (2003-2004), Head of State Police School Singaraja, Bali (2000-2003), Kapolres Sikka POLDA NTT (2000), Kapolres Ngada POLDA NTT (1998-2000), Head of Corruption Crime DIT Serse Polda Bali (1997-1998), Guru Muda Education Center RES Intel (1995-1997), Head of SPN Student Corps (1994-1995), Head of Resta Reserse Unit East Bandung (1992-1994), Head of IPP Resta Pontianak West Kalimantan (1988-1992), Head of Resta Reserse Unit Pontianak West Kalimantan (1986-1988) and Head of South Pontianak Police City Sector (1985-1986).
