JAKARTA — The prosthetic leg assistance program organized by MNC Peduli in collaboration with Kinderfield School 1 Puri has provided renewed hope for its beneficiaries. Beyond offering mobility aids, the program has reopened opportunities for recipients to resume their daily activities with greater independence.

One of the beneficiaries, Dedi Setyawan, shared his happiness after receiving a prosthetic leg. He said that he had long wished for such assistance so that he could move more freely and return to normal activities.

“Before receiving it, I really wanted to have a prosthetic leg. After receiving it, I feel very happy,” Dedi said at SD Kinderfield, Puri Park View Apartment, West Jakarta, on Monday (December 15th, 2025).

According to Dedi, the assistance provided by MNC Peduli in collaboration with Kinderfield carries significant meaning, not only for himself but also for all beneficiaries.

“This assistance means a lot to me and to everyone who received it,” he said.

Dedi hopes that with the prosthetic leg, he will be able to carry out his daily life better, particularly in his work.

“Hopefully, going forward, I can use this aid more freely and feel more comfortable while working,” he added.

Similar sentiments were expressed by another beneficiary, Sri Lestari, who has long experienced limitations in her daily activities due to her physical condition. Before receiving the assistance, Sri admitted that she struggled to perform routine tasks as a homemaker.

“It was difficult to walk, very challenging,” Sri said.

After receiving the prosthetic leg, Sri said she felt greatly helped. The mobility aid has enabled her to move again and resume daily activities that were previously difficult to perform.

“Receiving this prosthetic leg has been very helpful. It helps me move and carry out my activities again,” she explained.

Sri hopes that with improved mobility, she will be able to regain independence and live a more productive life.

The prosthetic leg assistance program reflects MNC Peduli’s tangible commitment to social responsibility for communities in need. Through its collaboration with Kinderfield, the program not only addresses physical needs but also provides moral support and renewed motivation for beneficiaries to move forward with confidence.
