JAKARTA — PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP) has entered into a collaboration with the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) on Wednesday (December 24, 2025). The partnership aims to strengthen access to and utilization of integrated financial services for MSME players across Indonesia.

The collaboration is intended to support increased financial inclusion, accelerate digital transformation, and strengthen the business capacity of MSMEs so they can grow sustainably and remain competitive both domestically and internationally.

Deputy for Medium Enterprises at the Ministry of MSMEs, Bagus Rachman, described the partnership as a strategic step in supporting government policies to strengthen the national MSME ecosystem. He expressed hope that MNC Kapital would serve as a key financial system enabler within the ecosystem, ensuring that medium-sized enterprises have reliable access to markets and financing to further expand their businesses.

“This collaboration is expected to broaden MSMEs’ access to integrated financial services, while also encouraging improvements in their capacity and competitiveness in facing economic challenges,” Bagus Rachman said.

Meanwhile, President Director of MNC Kapital, Yudi Hamka, stated that the company is ready to actively participate in MSME development, particularly in the medium enterprise segment, which faces its own set of challenges.

He explained that MNC Kapital’s support includes the provision of payment system services, financing, banking, and insurance solutions. These services are expected to help MSME businesses become stronger, better protected, and more structured, enabling them to grow sustainably in the future.

“MSMEs need banking services, they need financing, they need insurance, and comprehensive financial service support so they can scale up. I believe this is a very strong synergy for us to develop together,” Yudi said.
