JAKARTA – As part of the celebration of MNC Group’s 36th anniversary, MNC Group through MNC Peduli held an educational session for mothers on how to prepare healthy and nutritious meals to support the well-being of pregnant women as well as the growth and development of children, helping to build a Smart Generation for the Nation’s Future.

Syafril Nasution, Vice Chairman of MNC Peduli, explained that the activity was held around the MNC Lido City Special Economic Zone (SEZ), specifically at the Gagak Rimang Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) in Benda Village, Cicurug District, Sukabumi Regency. The cooking education session was led by chefs from Lido Lake Resort.

“The chefs provided demonstrations on how to cook in a healthy way,” said Syafril on Wednesday (12/11/2025).

He added that the chefs showed mothers how to prepare delicious, healthy meals using ingredients that are affordable and easy to find. “It was attended by mothers living around the posyandu,” he noted.

During the educational session, residents were also given the opportunity to try cooking directly and participate in a Q&A session, allowing them to receive accurate information from qualified instructors. Both the mothers and the children appeared enthusiastic throughout the event.

Healthy dishes such as grilled catfish, stir-fried long beans, and fuyung hai prepared during the session were distributed to children, pregnant women, and residents in attendance. The goal was to introduce nutritious meals to children right away so they could enjoy them immediately. Additionally, these dishes are simple enough to be recreated at home as everyday meals.
