JAKARTA – Smart Payment Indonesia (SPIN) is making transactions easier for the people. Comes with a new look, this payment application developed by MNC Group can be used for transactions anywhere, plus bonus points.

“SPIN can be used for transactions with any merchant in Indonesia, because now there is QRIS,” said the Executive Chairman of MNC Group Hary Tanoesoedibjo during the Soft Launching of SPIN Points & New UI / UX at the MNC Conference Hall, Jakarta, Friday (16/4/2021).

With QRIS, Hary said, it does not depend on who will acquire the merchant. However, all merchants can secure transactions using e-money, including SPIN.

Currently, SPIN is continuously enhanced, Hary continued. Integrating the payment features, wallet, transfer, loyalty program (SPIN Points), and digital banking application.

“So, people will save their money through the Motion application. SPIN can be used to make transactions with anyone, and any merchant. SPIN top-up can be easily done through the savings account transfer menu,” said the entrepreneur who has been giving lectures to more than 186 universities throughout Indonesia.

Hary revealed that SPIN would also be integrated with a credit card. So, users can choose to pay in installments for the product they want. “An ecosystem that we want to build, everything already there now,” said Hary.

SPIN Managing Director Jessica Tanoesoedibjo added the latest innovation launched by SPIN is SPIN Points through the soft launching of New UI / UX.

SPIN Points come as a reward, said Jessica. For every transaction, users will get points that can later be exchanged or used in their next transactions.

“SPIN Points will be a reward that we give to all SPIN users. Of course, they will be provided in all MNC Group ecosystems,” said Jessica.

The new SPIN Points feature is a reward feature for every user who makes transactions in SPIN Pay application. 1 SPIN Points is valued at Rp1.

Users get various SPIN Points, depending on the number and type of transactions they do.

Meanwhile, the types of transactions that will generate SPIN Points include credit purchases, data packages, electricity tokens, and bill payments through MNC Bill Payment.

Furthermore, the new UI / UX will further pamper customers to continue using SPIN and make the transaction experience more effective and efficient.

SPIN can now be used for transactions in any shopping centers in the country, she continued.

“Now SPIN can be used in any mall, as long as, there is already QRIS,” he said.
