MNC Peduli has distributed 14 tons of humanitarian aid to residents affected by flash floods in Kuala Simpang City, Aceh Tamiang. The assistance, consisting of basic food supplies and essential items, was delivered in stages through evacuation posts with the support of local authorities and Brimob. This initiative reflects MNC Peduli’s commitment to supporting post-disaster recovery efforts.

ACEH TAMIANG — MNC Peduli has provided humanitarian assistance to residents affected by flash floods in Kuala Simpang City, Aceh Tamiang Regency. A total of 14 tons of aid was distributed directly to flood-affected hamlets in Kampung Kota Kuala Simpang Village.

The assistance forms part of efforts to ease the burden on communities during the post-disaster recovery period. Aid packages included basic necessities such as food supplies, milk, soap, and other essential items.

The distribution was carried out gradually through evacuation posts that were still experiencing shortages, ensuring that the aid reached residents in need in a fair and equitable manner.

During the distribution process, MNC Peduli worked closely with the Head of Kuala Simpang Subdistrict, officials of Kampung Kota Kuala Simpang Village, and was supported by Brimob personnel. This coordination ensured that the distribution process was safe, orderly, and accurately targeted. MNC Peduli teams were also present on site to directly hand over the assistance to residents.

The activity reflects the commitment of MNC Peduli and MNC Group to stand alongside communities during difficult times caused by disasters. Collaboration between the private sector, local government, communities, and security forces is considered crucial in accelerating post-disaster recovery.

Kampung Kota Kuala Simpang Village official Sarah expressed her appreciation for the assistance provided to local residents. According to her, the aid was urgently needed by communities affected by the flash floods.

“Thank God, the assistance delivered by MNC Peduli is substantial, allowing it to be distributed evenly so that all residents can receive it,” Sarah said at the location on Sunday (December 14^th, 2025).

Through this aid distribution, MNC Peduli hopes to provide tangible benefits to affected communities and strengthen the spirit of mutual cooperation in rebuilding the lives of Kuala Simpang residents.
