Today’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (IDX: BCAP) has approved the Annual Report of the Board of Directors including BCAP’s Sustainability Report and the Supervisory Duties Report of the Board of Commissioners for the Financial Year ended on December 31, 2022. The AGMS also approved and ratified the Company’s Consolidated Financial Statements for the 2022 financial year.
